Please make sure that your team have the latest version of the autoVHC app by checking the version number on the login screen.The autoVHC Web Client will automatically update. However, If you experience any issues you may be required to perform a Full Cache Clear

New Features & Improvements

  • The DMS Import popup will now allow the jobs to be sorted by column.
  • We have removed the summary boxes from the top of the communication log screen. This was due to confusion being caused by the metrics shown.
  • The option to resend a communication is now possible per customer via both email or SMS.
  • The DMS Import screen now shows a tooltip of how many jobs have been selected.
  • When importing from DMS it is now possible to map the workshop in autoVHC.

Bug Fixes

  • We have resolved an issue where tyres were not being calculated correctly on the VHC Print.
  • We have resolved an issue where the notes section did not allow special characters.
  • Live Chat is now ordered correctly by VHC Date.

In addition to the above mentioned items there are also additional performance improvements and usability enhancements.

New Features & Improvements

  • Payments
    • We now integrate with IPay, IPay is an online payment provider allowing dealers to accept payment of VHC items through our online customer portal.
    • We've introduced the ability to restrict online payment gateways to specific customers. From the side menu, dealers can state if they want to offer this functionality to customers.
  • Display
    • Tyre Speed Index will now display on the customer's VHC print.
    • In the follow-up screen, we've now added quick navigation to each job to allow moving from one job to another.
    • The order of the quick action menu on the daily diary screen has been changed to put all communication types at the top.
  • Communication
    • WhatsApp integration is now available to customers who have signed up for WhatsApp. This functionality allows dealers to communicate with customers using WhatsApp rather than SMS.
    • We've saved on text message size when sending VHC link, we now have a short URL to save on character length.
  • General
    • Additional status available allowing technicians to submit priority items before continuing to complete VHC.
    • Changes to the print options have been done, all prints are now available from the daily diary screen. Also, a new function to download the VHC Print has been done, allowing dealers to download the VHC straight to PDF.

Bug Fixes

  • An issue with the HTML template editor not allowing users to copy/paste new code has been resolved.
  • Users can now upload parts stock files through the system, also they can use this along with parts files.

  • Communication
    • The communication log has been updated to give a more detailed view of every interaction with the customer.
  • General Improvements
    • Customer Notes have been implemented to allow users to attach notes to customers from the Daily Diary.
    • We have created a new report to allow sites to see how many of their customers are utilising the online authorisation portal to view and pay for items identified during the VHC.

    • We have resolved an issue within the follow up screen where column sorting was not working as intended.

    • We have resolved an issue causing users to have difficulty navigating to the DRIS Settings screen.
  • Calendar
    • We have resolved an issue with the full calendar appearing behind pop-ups.

Important Notice

  • Due to changes in usernames, spaces are no longer allowed. If your username has a space then please enter your username without these spaces.

New Features & Improvements

  • Communication
    • The communication log screen has been optimised to load quicker and give the user better performance.
    • Based on customer feedback the request callback button has been removed from the authorisation section of the customer portal. It will still exist on the landing screen but removed from the final authorisation screen.
  • General Improvements
    • Company name has now been introduced against the customer record. Users can now save a company name when entering user details.
    • To help reduce the list of languages shown in the language selector we've started to implement geolocation to only show languages that apply to your area.
    • Users will now be able to add logo's to templates.
  • Video Quality Check
    • Video Quality Check has now been introduced in the updated solution. Video quality allows service advisors or managers to answer questions about videos taken.
  • Notifications
    • The notification list has now been introduced in the updated solution. This screen allows users to see any outstanding jobs for the site and provides a quick action button.
    • As well as being notified of customer action on our online customer portal. VHC's on the Daily Diary will change colour to either blue meaning a callback has been requested or green to show that authorisation has taken place.
  • Integrations
    • We've made further improvements to the CDK integration. We now allow parts to be written from the VHC system into CDK. Also when doing tyres from VHC to CDK tyre data is now transferred.

Bug Fixes

  • Email Formatting
    • Issues with email formatting have been resolved so they will display correctly in older email clients.
  • Customer Portal
    • Resolved an issue with customer portal not working in older versions of internet explorer.
    • Improved the customer journey, items from the basket will now be stored and not removed when re-entering the portal.
  • Manual
    • Resolved an issue where the manual did not show correctly due to incorrect language being set.
  • Tyre Sizing
    • Issues with tyre data not being shown in the web client have been resolved.
  • General Fixes
    • Users with Admin privileges had an issue when restoring VHC's, this has now been resolved.
    • Removed the text "Alternative Number" if no alternative number is available.
    • Resolved translation issues within the Tax Code Report.

New Features & Improvements

  • Printing - The advanced print functionality no longer groups items by name, meaning that all multiple items of the same name appear.
  • Parts Pricing - If a VHC only has items that have ‘No Parts to Price’, this will change the status of the VHC to C/P. If the P status is removed by a user, then a notification will be sent to the Parts user to complete parts costing on the VHC.
  • Language Updates - Norwegian and Swedish languages have been added to our database.

Bug Fixes

  • Customer Salutations - The customer title has now been added to the customer email.
  • Service Advisor Being Unassigned - A bug has been fixed where using the shortcut keys on the Labour Pricing screen would remove the Service Advisor from the job.
  • Irish Live Chat Number - Any live chats that are sent to an Irish customer now appear from an Irish number.
